Cancellation & Refund Policy

ONELOOM DESIGN PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds may be requested.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
Non-Cancellable Items
- Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar goods.
- A refund or replacement may be considered if the customer can establish that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team.
- Such requests will be processed only after the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue.
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Product Not as Described
- If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must inform our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.
Manufacturer Warranty
- For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any related complaints should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
- If a refund is approved by ONELOOM DESIGN PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take approximately 9–15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
