Every brand on OneLoom follows its own production and shipping timeline. Some pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order or handcrafted in limited batches.
As part of our slow-commerce approach, most orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks. You can find the estimated delivery timeline on each product page.

Because many of our pieces are made to order or custom-crafted, returns or cancellations may not be available for certain products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely help resolve it. To process a return, exchange, or damage claim, we may require clear photos or an unboxing video as proof of the issue.
